Partner's Information
My name is Julie Bainbridge, from Oklahoma in the USA. I’m an experienced teacher with a Bachelor’s degree in Education from an accredited University in America. I’ve been a teacher since my graduation in 1993. I moved to France in 2001 where I currently live with my husband and two boys. I’ve been teaching English in various institutes and companies since 2008. I began my career as an English language teacher with children in the local primary school where I live and soon moved on to teaching full time in Angers, France, the city nearest our village.
I believe the best way to learn a language is to speak it. Most people already know the grammar rules and have studied English before, but never had the opportunity to speak. Beginner’s need more structure and support, but learner’s with basic English can benefit from “playing” with the language to see how it works. I base my lessons on this idea. I tailor my lessons to the student’s needs or wants.

Children ages 3 to 18
General English
Certain vocational English, notably English for winemakers, tourism, estate agents
Levels beginner to advanced
Exam preparation: TOEIC, TEFL, etc.
